Luk Yeung Galleria - 5X MTR Points

During promotion period, registered users can earn 5X MTR Points upon single electronic spending¹ of HK$200 in Designated Shop Categories² at Designated MTR Malls ³. Registered users are required to register the eligible receipts within 30 days from date of purchase via “Self-Earn” of “MTR Mobile” and earned points successfully.

²Designated Categories: All Food & Beverage and Retail Categories participating tenants except Supermarket & Convenience Store, Education, Travel Agency, Entertainment, and Services categories

*The maximum spending amount of each electronic spending receipt eligible to earn point is HK$5,000. For spending over HK$5,000, the first HK$5,000 is eligible for multiple bonus points rewards and the spending above HK$5,000 is entitled to basic “MTR Points”.

Terms and Conditions

  1. 1Shoppers must download “MTR Mobile” mobile application and sign up as Registered Users with email and mobile no. (if the download fails, it represents that the device does not support the application). Each email and mobile no. can be used per one account only. Please download and update to the latest mobile version from time to time. “MTR Mobile” version 20.10 or later, iOS version 13 or above or aOS version 7 or above is required for eCoupon/eVoucher usage, users may not be able to use eCoupon/eVoucher successfully if the mobile application is not the most updated version.
  2. Shoppers must allow “MTR Mobile” to access the camera function of the device to use eCoupon. The setting can be modified in (Settings > MTR Mobile > allow access to Camera. 
  3. Electronic spending includes credit cards, EPS, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Union Pay QuickPass, Tap & Go live rewards, Faster Payment System (FPS), Payme, OpenRice Pay, Atome or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap.584). Each valid transaction should combine with electronic receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips issued at the same day. Some electronic receipts require customers to provide the records in the mobile phone device for verification.
  4. 5X MTR Points promotion period: 1 May 2024 to 2 June 2024. Registered users are required to register with the sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) or screencap of the electronic payment transaction of eligible transaction within 30 days from date of purchase via “Self-earn” of “MTR Mobile” in designated categories at Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria, Citylink, Plaza Ascot, Ocean Walk, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre, and Hanford Plaza (each receipt representing a single transaction of HK$200 or above). Designated categories include all Food & Beverage and Retail Categories participating tenants except Supermarket & Convenience Store, Education, Travel Agency, Entertainment, and Services categories. The maximum spending amount of each electronic spending receipt eligible to earn point is HK$5,000. For spending over HK$5,000, the first HK$5,000 is eligible for multiple bonus points rewards and the spending above HK$5,000 is entitled to basic “MTR Points”. 
  5. Shoppers can visit MTR Malls website for the latest updated shop categories and participating merchants. Users are entitled to earn 1 “MTR Points” for every HK$1 spent. Should there be any decimal place(s) in the “MTR Points” earned as a result, such “MTR Points” will be rounded off to the nearest integer. 
  6. “MTR Points” will not be granted on any unregistered, void, and partially or fully refunded transactions. 
  7. For the benefit of shoppers, only machine printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic slip or screencap of the electronic payment transaction clearly showing the name of qualifying Merchants, shop address, invoice number, transaction date, transaction amount, payment information and purchased product or service items will be treated as valid Receipts for earning “MTR Points”. All damaged or modified receipts will be forfeited. Receipts with any of the above mentioned information being masked, any receipts of cash or cash voucher payments, photocopied or handwritten receipts will not be accepted for this Promotion. 
  8. Registered Users who register to earn “MTR Points” via “Self-earn” option, are required to check the information is aligned with the original receipt after uploading the receipt, and ensure all information is authentic, accurate, complete, not misleading and without any elements of fraud, before submitting the registration. MTRCL shall not be held responsible for the failure to grant “MTR Points” due to inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete information.
  9. Receipts from the following shops or services or transactions are not counted as Eligible Transaction or entitled to earn “MTR Points”: Any non-designated electronic payment, temporary promotional booths, online shopping / takeaway order platform (including online shopping transaction which is paid at the physical shop) , online payment (including collect in store) or transfer, purchase and usage of gift vouchers / coupons / gift cards / stored-value cards, reload of stored-value cards (except game centre), bill payments, autopay, bank, foreign currency exchanges, insurance and value-added services, property rental and sale, other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, repair services, goods delivery, dismantling services, installation services), betting, school fees, purchase of travel or transport or entertainment related tickets fees or charges, 999.9 gold and gold savings club (not including decorated gold). 
  10. Each receipt can only be registered once and cannot be reused. Once the reward is successfully allocated, the remaining balance of the related receipts will not be counted as the accumulated spending for the next reward. The accumulated spending amount will be calculated based on the order of valid receipts submissions. All records from the MTR system database are the only official and correct version. 
  11. “Qualifying Merchants” means participating Merchants of MTR Malls in the Promotion as at the date of such transaction made by the Registered User, which could change and be updated by MTRCL from time to time without prior notice. The latest updated list of Qualifying Merchants could be found in “MTR Mobile”, or you can contact the customer service hotline of designated shopping malls for more information. The list of Qualifying Merchants may be varied across malls, please refer to malls’ website or in-mall promotion terms and conditions.
  12. For each Eligible Transaction partially settled by the stored-valued card, discount coupons or cash coupons issued by Qualifying Merchants and MTR Malls, only the actual paid amount by electronic payment, after deducting the face value of such store-valued card, discount coupons or cash coupons, is counted. Such paid amount must be equal to or higher than the minimum spending amount. The “MTR Points” will be calculated according to such actual paid amount of each Eligible Transaction times the Basic Earn Points Ratio. 
  13. Machine printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips must be in the name of the Registered User of “MTR Mobile” account. Otherwise, “MTR Points” will not be granted. For verification purpose, staff reserves the right to capture the images of original receipts and electronic payment slips provided by the Registered Users. No alteration or change of the receipts will be allowed once verified. 
  14. After the Receipts of the Eligible Transactions are processed for “MTR Points” earning, the relevant purchase would not be subject to refund services by the Qualifying Merchants. 
  15. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of “MTR Points” Scheme, should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail. For details of the “MTR Points” terms and conditions, please refer to the in-mall communication, Terms of Use in the “MTR Mobile” app, or send your enquiries to staff at the customer service counter. 
  16. In case of any disputes, the decision of Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria, Citylink, Plaza Ascot, Ocean Walk, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre, and Hanford Plaza Management Office shall be final. 
  17. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
